Sounds
In science we have been learning about sound and how we hear.
Visit Purple Mash and watch the sounds slideshow in your
and then make a poster to explain how we hear sounds. You can draw your poster on paper and email a photograph to me or complete using Word which can then be attached to an email. Alternatively you can use the tools on Purple Mash and save your poster to your folder where I will be able to view it.
Below are some key vocabulary you might want to include in your poster.
sound source particles air vibrate vibrations travel ear outer middle inner
eardrum ear canal nerve hairs fluid cochlea brain signal interpret
When you have finished, sit back, relax and listen to your favourite music or sounds and pick up those good vibrations😊
